San ka nakakita ng kumpanyang ang CA(Corrective Action, or MEMO!) na walng verbal warning or any 1st warning for first offense? at san ka nakikita ng dahil lang sa pag gamit ng *utang Instant Messenger eh di ka na pwedeng ma-promote for a year kahit pa sabihing ur damn deserving?!
Yes, I'm so much upset! (obvious ba?) and it really went down to my nerve how this crap (policy) being implemented in this Company. I'm trying very hard. As they can see, I'm ranking 12 for the whole floor eventhough I don't have a score for "Adherence" (another thing that the Comapny needs to be aware of!) If I would have a score in that metric, for sure I would have a higher rank!
Princess ranked 14, without attendance and adherance. She could be ranking 1st if ever she had scores on these metrics..... how unfair right?
As what I've said, I'm trying my best just to get a place in this company. Transferring here from Convergys would be a wrong move for me. Daig ko pa ngaun ang mga "Iba" dyan na wala namang ginawang tama sa mga calls nila at puro transfer at ang mag"call avoidance" lang naman but they we're given recognition which they do not, at all, deserved!
I admitt that I shouldn't have done it . Pero napaka injustice para sa isang offense na wala man lang rinelease na "first warning"! At san ka pa makakahanap ng kumpanya na ang CA o r Memo na kung saan ang Immediate superior mo walang magawa at ang nag-issue eh taga ibang team/department? wala man lang talgang abiso or what?
No wonder kaya pala ang daming umaalis din dito kahit pa medyo ok ang offer! Mga tenured nga umaalis na lang sila, kaya I don't wanna see my self stucked in this whole crap! There's got to be a way out if there's no a way up!
On the lighter side.. mag bibirthday nako.. 2 magiging celebration cguro, the first with my new housemates here in Q.C., and the other one will be in Pampanga (just the same one last year.)
Intimate lang ang magiging celebration, just some of my close friends and my family. So please do prepare for you birhtday presents... (heheheheh)....
