Jamie Foxx and HIllary Swank won, de caprio flunked(heheheh).

I was amazed when "Million Dollar Baby" won the Best Pic coz I've heard lotsa good things bout the flick. My friend lend me his DVD of the film and I couldn't wait for my Rest day to watch it..... While watching the Oscars, I thought that Aviator will get the Top Award since it recieves some of the minor awards. Anyway, I've seen the "Lemony Snickett's Series of Unfortunate Events" with Banjo at G4, and I have to admitt that I really enjoy the film although it is intended for kids. (coz the book's just for the kids) and it recieved an award from oscars also...

It's sinday and all I have to do is to hang around the mall coz' I really cannot stand the heat from my room and I'm getting pissed.... We just hang around and ate alot.... I'm still reading the harry Potter book 5 (yah, had to admitt it, I'm one of the few people who haven't finish reading book 5, but I have to admitt that it's one of the most draggy!!).... We saw a book from the "Goodwill bookstore" and I would really want to buy it, it is entitled "give me back my Daddy's body" but I just forgot the author (hehehehe)

OSCARS SEASON: The race is on!

Today's the 77th oscar awards and hopefully I can access my channel 9 coz i haven't set my cable yet on my tv .. wawa nman ako... anyway.. speaking 'bout the oscars.. haven't watched any films that's part of the oscars,,, But i'm looking forward to see the winner for Best Animated Feature film, and I'll go for Shrek 2 and it's soundtrack, "accidentally in love". My bet would also be "Million Dollar Baby" eventhough I haven't seen it yet... I'm supposed to but I don't have time and my "baby" doesn't want to watch it so.. we end up watching "alfie" instead. If I will be one of the juror of the "most prominent award giving body", I'll also give the best actor trophy for Leonardo de Caprio although i don't like his role for "aviator", I just want him to win since he wasn't recognized for "Titanic" though he was nominated for the Golden Globe for the same film.. But usually, Golden Globe winners doesn't match Oscar's so since he won the best actor spot at the Golden Globe, he needs to blow fire with "Ray's" Jamie Foxx for the best actor in a leading role... Clint Eastwood was predicted to recieve the "golden man" but I would still take my stand for Di Caprio. Hillary Swank and Annet benning would be two of my choices although I anticipated "Tatou" for the film "A very Long Engagement" to get the award for best actress in a leading role but she never made it for nominations.

Back in my college we used to have a "prestigeous" awarding ceremony for all Comm. Arts students to recognize their "Hardworking" projects in the field of Massmedia. The highlight of the event would be the film category. And in our time, our most talked-about film, "Saga", bagged 12 out of 13 awards including Best Picture, Best Directing (me), Best Actress (Maces), Best Cinematography(me again), Best Sup Actress (Aby), Best sup Actor(libert) Best Editing, Best prod'n Design, and Best Scoring(me again.. no choice)

Recieving an award for making a film is just a bonus because what is the most fulfilling is if the viewers will appreciate the film as a whole and if it was whole-heartedly being accepted and if there's a connection or if the film magnifies the experiences that they had in their past.The film succeeds if it becomes an instrument for them to fight for the battles in life. It is not with the superficial things that would provide a recognition that would describe a film "worthy" but the effects that it can provide it's viewers. It is not in the Awards that would best define if the film succeeded but it's the warm applause comming from it's viewers.

i dunno how this system works stilll, a co-worker of mine just helped me on how to use html and he provided me with a website that would help beginners on how to use html.. but still ignorance persists... As days goes by, i can already feel the heat rummaging from the sun, and i suddenly realized, it was already the 26th of the month and summer is already fast approaching... i couldn't believed that it was 2 months ago when we celebrated christmas and now were about to enter another season which we will surely enjoy...i can no longer stand the heat that is present in my room so i decided to ask for my "baby" to walk me to the mall so i could atleast chill out (coz i can't afford yet to purchased a room chiller; in short "aircon") so we hang there and eat some food, and drink lotsa cool drinks.... and i noticed that the crowd at the mall are showing their summer accessories that was hidden for a year or two.. or more======= ) then me and my baby just laugh about it.... well i don't have any plans for summer (coz i got a work!!!!!!!!! even on holy week!!!!) but i need to use my v.l.(yahoo) for last year and as far as i know i still have 3 unused so i'll make sure that i'll be using them in more productive (ahem)... a friend of mine was inviting me to bora but i don't know yet.. walang breads... and hindi ako papayagan ng beybi ko... pero another friend's asking me to vigan.. pero mas ayoko dahil kapag dun, sasama ang aswa ko at baka mag meet cla ng ex bf nya!!!! ayoko naman un dba???? so as for now, i don't have any plans yet.. but im looking forward to enjoy my summer break just like the past years...

im so bored,,, don't know how to personalize my own blog coz I'm not a techie person..i've already learned how to create an html back in college (just one of the curriculum) but due to memory full.. i have to delete some of the things so i won't get crazy.. (although i am sometimes...) I'm on a work ayt now... and it's my first break.. kakainip na nga eh.....anyway, I'm stickin with someone and I think this might be it... I dunno... Im happy right now and as da ygoes by, i'm so scared and I'm so worried that I might lose that person........ but we cannot hold the future, we just need to enjoy everything life has to offer and that's what I'm doing right now.. hope that all of us might find the right one that was created for us.. NAKS!!!!!.... anyway.. pls naman help me to personalized my blog para naman hindi corny... heheheheh
